Before generation starts
If a paid order is cancelled before generation or other substantive digital performance has started, the operator will assess cancellation and refund rights under the applicable contract and mandatory consumer law.
Transparent rules for cancellation, technical failure, duplicate payment, defects, revision and mandatory UAE consumer remedies.
If a paid order is cancelled before generation or other substantive digital performance has started, the operator will assess cancellation and refund rights under the applicable contract and mandatory consumer law.
Once digital performance has started, cancellation or refund may depend on the applicable mandatory consumer rules, the Customer's prior consent where required, the delivered scope and whether a defect or technical failure exists. No contractual wording removes a non-waivable right.
A successfully delivered Draft is not automatically refundable merely because the Customer changes strategy, decides not to file it, obtains separate professional advice or expected a legal outcome that was never guaranteed. A genuine defect, duplicate charge or mandatory statutory right is assessed separately.
If the Service cannot complete a paid order because of an internal technical failure, the order remains in recovery and the Customer should not pay again. If recovery cannot be completed within the operational recovery process, the operator may provide a refund, replacement performance or other remedy appropriate to the applicable rights.
A verified duplicate charge for the same order and same scope is eligible for correction or refund of the duplicate amount, subject to payment-provider settlement records.
If the Service materially misidentifies the purchased deliverable despite accurate Customer Materials and the delivered Draft cannot reasonably be corrected within the purchased scope, the operator may provide a corrected Draft, replacement performance or refund as appropriate.
A refund is not ordinarily due solely because the Customer supplied incomplete, inaccurate, unauthorised or misleading information or omitted a material deadline, forum, document or fact. The operator will still assess any separate defect attributable to the Service.
Where a defect is reasonably curable within the purchased scope and an included revision is available, the operator may use that revision or another corrective generation step before deciding whether a refund is necessary, without delaying any mandatory remedy beyond what law permits.
Approved refunds are sent through the payment method or another lawful method where required. Bank and payment-provider posting times are outside the operator's direct control after a refund has been initiated.
Use the Complaints page or email support@mylegaldocsai.ae with the order ID, purchase email, transaction date and concise reason. Do not send complete card data.
A voucher or service credit may be offered in addition to, not instead of, a mandatory cash refund where the Customer is legally entitled to cash repayment.
Where Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or another mandatory UAE rule applies, those rights prevail over any inconsistent contractual limitation.
